At Mr. Smith’s Appliance Repair we do our work the right way. Most parts are guaranteed for one year. Trip charge and labor are guaranteed for the same issue for 6 months. We only charge the trip one time and it covers the diagnostic on 2 appliances. If you don’t have a 2nd appliance checked during that visit we will cover the trip for another appliance within 30 days!
About The Owner
I have worked in the appliance industry for over 15 years. Starting in New Jersey I worked as authorized warranty service for most brands of appliances. During this time I gained the skills and experience necessary to properly diagnose and repair almost any appliance. In the summer of 2018 after calling the great state of North Carolina my home for 6 years I decided to begin Mr. Smith’s Appliance Repair. I am honored to be able to serve and help people in the neighborhoods that I live and raise my family in. I am committed to doing everything I can to make a bad situation of an appliance suddenly breaking down as painless and simple as possible.
